Overview
Wharfside is a landmark six-storey mixed-use development that integrates a fully redesigned Manly Civic Club at ground level with 38 high-end apartments above, all set within 150 m of the harbour foreshore. Delivered under a Design & Construct contract, the project features heritage façade restoration, premium waterfront finishes, and two basement levels of parking with automated car stacker systems—all designed to complement Manly’s coastal character.

Heritage Civic Club Restoration
Refurbished the ground-floor Civic Club, preserving its heritage façade and reinstating facilities including a restaurant, bar, lounge and kitchen
Complex Shoring & Excavation
Executed 9 m deep excavation (5 m below the water table), using continuous pumping and CSM-shoring walls to control groundwater and ensure structural stability
Deep Basement & Car‑Stacker System
Constructed two levels of below-ground parking, including an automated car-stack system with 28 spaces and a reinforced slab solution under high groundwater conditions
Premium Harbour-Framed Apartments
Delivered 38 luxury residences with bespoke finishes and harbour views, seamlessly integrated above the community club while respecting coastal design quality
