Vantage Eastwood is a premium five‑storey mixed‑use development seamlessly integrated into the Eastwood Village precinct. Featuring 57 oversized apartments spanning one-, two- and two-plus‑study bedroom layouts, with floor-to-ceiling glazing and generous balconies, the project was delivered under a Design & Construct contract. Retail tenancies activate the ground level, while a landscaped rooftop terrace offers stunning district views and communal amenity.
Construction Features
Complex Urban Logistics
Delivered a full‑scale mixed-use tower on a tight central St Leonards site with three active street frontages. Utilised ISO 9001-certified systems for materials staging, crane placement, and traffic management across public interfaces
Integrated Retail Podium Activation
Delivered two levels of street-activated commercial and food tenancies via open-air arcades shaded beneath mature canopy trees. Structural trunks supported above residential rises without compromising retail frontage continuity
Performance-Driven Façade Assembly
Crafted a high-spec façade featuring bronze-toned steel framing, custom sandblasted stone elements, and render accents. Coordination between curtain wall glazing, sun-shading devices, and structural interfaces gave clean articulation under precision tolerances
Rooftop Communal Zone & Internal Amenities
Developed a landscaped rooftop terrace with built-in kitchen and TV lounge space overlooking the city. Secured lift access and circulation secured seamless internal lifestyle amenity integration
