Overview
Summer Court is a high-density, nine-storey mixed-use development delivered under a Design & Construct contract for client YIHE. Designed by Mijollo International, the project includes 57 premium residential apartments over ground-floor retail and commercial spaces, set above two levels of basement parking. Developed on a constrained inner-urban site, Novati expertly integrated architectural finesse, high-quality finishes, and infrastructure coordination to deliver a landmark Strathfield building.
