Overview

Revitalization and extension of the Therry and Vaughan Buildings at St Ignatius College, Riverview, delivering a dedicated Middle School for Years 7–9 alongside a new Science Department under a specialised conversion and new-build contract. Works included renovating and linking heritage structures, adding a new eastern façade overlooking a hard‑paved quadrangle designed for 600 students, relocating an existing roadway, and creating level outdoor areas for learning and recreation.

Delivered purpose-built science labs, prep areas, and flexible learning spaces tailored to modern curriculum requirements for Years 7–9

Live Site Construction Management

Executed all works within an active school environment using staged programming, strict safety protocols, and noise control measures to avoid disruption
