Overview

Kevin Fagan House is a three-storey senior boarding residence built within the grounds of Saint Ignatius’ College, Riverview, NSW. Designed by Mayoh Architects and constructed by Novati Constructions, the project delivered 160 individual single-occupancy rooms for Year 11 & 12 students, each featuring a bed, desk, wardrobe, and corner basin.

The facility also includes shared amenities—meeting/function rooms, a chapel, laundry, bathroom/shower blocks, lift access, and on-site accommodation for master’s at each end of the building—artfully integrated into the existing landscape using sandstone-hued brickwork and natural-light design elements.
