Overview
Our Team partnered with St Augustine’s College to deliver a two-stage Design & Construct redevelopment that modernised learning environments and laboratories across the site. Stage One transformed the outdated Brimson Centre—once housing IT and library facilities—into a state-of-the-art Technology & Applied Studies center with significant footprint expansion. Stage Two reconfigured and extended portions of the Goold and Lecceto wings to create a flexible learning hub, including a vertically integrated library spanning three levels. The final delivery provided 21 general classrooms, music and art studios, an amphitheatre, auditorium, outdoor senior study spaces, and a barbecue terrace, all aligned with the school’s flexible educational model.
