The project combines robust logistics infrastructure with premium workplace amenities. With 24,780 m² of high-clearance warehousing and 1,153 m² of corporate office space, the build features advanced design for functionality, sustainability, and long-term value

The warehouse footprint is engineered with generous clear heights, enhancing flexibility for mezzanine, racking, and bulk storage usage

Optimised Access & Loading

Twelve recessed dock bays and fifteen on-grade doors facilitate smooth logistics flow — reducing delays and improving operational efficiency

Advanced Fire-Safety & ESFR System

The design includes an ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinkler system tailored to the warehouse volume, ensuring stringent safety compliance

Sustainability & Amenity Integration

The facility includes a 500 kW solar system, premium office spaces, and end-of-trip facilities to support occupant comfort and reduce lifecycle operating costs
