Overview

Novati delivered Stage 2 and 3 of The Shore School’s Northbridge sporting precinct, transforming it into a high-performance educational and community sports hub. Constructed within an occupied campus, the works included nine tennis courts and a two-storey multi-purpose pavilion adjacent to soccer and tennis fields. The pavilion houses spectator seating, change rooms, kitchen and function spaces, with integrated water harvesting and irrigation infrastructure to support environmental efficiency.

Construction Features

State‑of‑the‑Art Sports Pavilion

A two-level pavilion designed to support tennis and soccer match-day functions, complete with change rooms, medical facilities, spectator seating for 100, and catering amenities

Integrated Water Harvesting & Irrigation System

Installed a coordinated water-collection network beneath the courts and oval feeding into a 3.3 ML storage tank. This water powers field irrigation and toilet flushing, ensuring year-round turf quality and sustainability

Nine Tennis Courts & Championship Court

Delivered purpose-built tennis infrastructure—including a championship court—configured to accommodate both school training and competitive hosts

Live Campus Coordination & Traffic Management

Executed complex logistics planning and perimeter works—including new fencing along Alpha and Sailors Bay Roads—within an active school environment, preserving safety and daily operations
