Overview
We transformed the Shore Preparatory School in North Sydney—originally comprising 1926 heritage buildings Upton Grange and Junior House, and a 1959 classroom block—by demolishing the outdated structures and delivering a modern, two-storey educational facility. Working under a conversion and new-build contract with Mayoh Architects, our aim was to preserve the historic double‑storey terrace character while enhancing campus functionality and student experience
