Overview

Sargood on Collaroy is the world’s first resort-style spinal cord injury facility, offering short-term accommodation, rehabilitation, and community engagement in a beachfront setting. Delivered under a Design & Construct contract, Novati Constructions worked closely with the Sargood Foundation and WMK Architecture to complete 17 fully accessible apartments, a rehabilitation gym, therapy rooms, and a communal dining lounge with panoramic views of Collaroy Beach.

The project redefines inclusive design—balancing high-performance accessibility with architectural beauty and lifestyle amenity. Every element was constructed with long-term durability, user autonomy, and therapeutic support in mind.
