We undertook a staged refurbishment and partial rebuild of the San Antonio Nursing Home in Ryde, delivering upgrades across 33 ensuite bedrooms, general circulation, and communal lounge/dining spaces, plus the construction of 2 new ensuite bedrooms in the low-care wing. Works also entailed a courtyard shade structure and MEP system upgrades—all while maintaining 90–95% resident occupancy. Coordinated over 29 stages, every phase was carefully managed to preserve operational continuity and deliver the facility ahead of schedule.
