Regatta on Henley is a luxury waterfront residential development in Drummoyne, delivering a collection of high-end apartments designed to capture panoramic views across Henley Marine Drive. Built under a Design & Construct contract, the project blends contemporary architecture with coastal resilience, integrating premium finishes, generous balconies, and landscaped outdoor spaces.
Our role extended beyond construction to managing tight waterfront logistics, high-spec detailing, and stakeholder coordination in a prestigious and sensitive harbour-side setting.
