Overview
Quest Apartments Bella Vista is a seven-storey serviced-apartment hotel consisting of 147 contemporary long-stay units, combining studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. Delivered under a tight 15-month Design & Construct contract, the project was carefully programmed to meet Quest Apartment Hotels’ operational requirements for quality, accessibility, and amenity. The building façade incorporates rendered surfaces, glass curtain walling, timber-look cladding, and glass balustrades to present a dynamic and welcoming frontage.

Efficient Multi-Level Podium Design
Built a seven-storey concrete and structural steel frame, optimising floor plate efficiency for mixed apartment configurations
Service Apartment Fit-Out Standards
Delivered fully serviced apartments featuring separate living, dining, and sleeping zones, plus kitchenettes and laundry facilities to support extended stays
High-Performance Rendering & Façade
Applied cement render finishes across the façade and slab edges, integrated glazed curtain walls, timber-look cladding, and glazed balustrades to enhance appeal and weather resistance
Operational & Program Control Excellence
Completed within client-driven timelines, coordinating construction sequencing, interior MEP systems, and client-fit inclusions to deliver on schedule and within budget
