No 1 Wharf Rd is a landmark mixed‑use development comprising 62 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments over seven storeys, with two ground-floor retail tenancies and three levels of basement parking. Located on a prominent corner site in Gladesville, the project also introduced a new public plaza—reinstating Wharf Road and enhanced local connectivity. Its rooftop terrace provides sweeping views over Sydney Harbour, Parramatta River, and the CBD.
Constrained by a triangular-shaped, busy street frontage site, Novati delivered a high-quality residential and public realm outcome, creatively resolving logistics and access constraints while reinforcing Gladesville’s urban renewal.
