Overview
This project involved the redevelopment of existing Federation-style residences and the construction of a new two-storey accommodation facility to support independent living for the Christian Brothers community. Located on the grounds of St Patrick’s College, the site was carefully reimagined to integrate modern residential amenities with heritage buildings and landscaped surroundings.
The development includes eight self-contained individual rooms, visitor accommodation, a central lift, and communal amenities such as lounge and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, and chapel. Additional features include a workshop, barbeque area, and native gardens—all designed with ease of maintenance and long-term comfort in mind.
