Overview
Mirabell is a boutique twin-building residential development nestled in Turramurra, framed by native woodland character. It comprises 75 one–three-bedroom apartments clustered around a lush, central communal greenspace with BBQ pavilions and seating. Executed under a Design & Construct contract, Novati delivered open-plan living environments inspired by the site’s natural context, blending raw material finishes with architecture that maximises natural light and greenery.
The project includes two levels of basement parking for 116 vehicles. Mirabell was delivered on time and on budget, completing in October 2018.
Construction Features

Used drone and time-lapse filming for project monitoring and QA, alongside digital safety management (Hammertech) to maintain high-quality standards and efficient site operations
Delivered spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with open layouts and orientation-focused glazing to maximise daylight and cross-ventilation
