Located on the bushland fringe of Northern Beaches, Lorikeet Grove comprises 27 luxury apartments across four residential levels with basement parking. The design by DKO Architecture and delivery by Novati reflects the coastal context—through warm coastal palettes, timber floorboards, generous balconies, and access to leafy communal spaces overlooking native bushland. Construction took place throughout the pandemic, requiring strict workforce management and collaboration to maintain both quality and schedule.
