Overview

Delivered under a Design & Construct contract, the Knox Boarding Centre provides modern boarding accommodation for approximately 140 students from Years 7–12. The terraced building climbs five levels across the sloping school site and seamlessly integrates with the traditional campus architecture through the use of face-brick façades, gables, sandstone detailing, and bronze signage plaques. Novati led the multidisciplinary delivery process, with Sandrick Pty Ltd overseeing project management.
