Overview

IVORI Cronulla is a sophisticated residential development on Cronulla’s southern peninsula. The five-storey building comprises 29 apartments, each showcasing fluid Art Deco-inspired architectural lines and refined coastal detailing. Novati delivered the project under a Design & Construct contract, weaving luxury finishes and functional layouts with a visually striking streetscape presence.  

As well as aesthetic ambitions, the project presented technical challenges—particularly tree protection around basement excavation and the tight radius precast upturns. Our team coordinated closely with engineers and landscape consultants to preserve root zones and refine curved façade elements while delivering the level of finish expected by client Loftex.

Each apartment features generous open-plan layouts, premium fixtures, and finishes resonating with the site’s refined coastal character 

Basement Excavation with Tree Protection 

Maintained mature tree root zones adjacent to the basement via bespoke shoring and monitoring measures during excavation 

Rooftop Terrace & Community Amenity 

Installed rooftop BBQ and garden terrace amenity—providing elevated communal space with panoramic coastal views
