Overview

Henry Apartments is a boutique residential development that transformed a former warehouse and factory into 17 unique dwellings, delivered under a Design & Construct contract. The project retained the original brick façade as a prominent architectural feature, celebrating the building’s industrial heritage while delivering contemporary living spaces.

Comprising two street-entry terraces and 15 apartments over two levels, the development also includes a secure basement car park and a combination of communal and private courtyards. The massing, materials, and detailing were carefully considered to integrate harmoniously into the surrounding neighbourhood, while high-quality finishes and an industrial design aesthetic give the development its distinctive identity.
