We delivered Haven Apartments, a boutique residential development featuring 47 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments plus four expansive penthouses—never before offered in St Ives. Set across two dynamically oriented five-storey buildings with secure two-level underground parking, the project was built under a Design & Construct contract and served as a transformative redevelopment of four amalgamated sites covering 4,109 m²
