Overview
A state-of-the-art 144‑bed aged care facility offering low‑care, high‑care, dementia-safe, and respite rooms—each private and ensuite—configured across five interconnecting, three-level wings. Situated on a steep, narrow site with dual street frontages, the project blends terraced building form with landscaped courtyards to foster community, dignity, and privacy.
Construction Features
Terraced Wing Layout with Courtyards
Executed five terraced wings across a steeply contoured site, with four unenclosed landscaped courtyards enhancing light, connectivity, and amenity
Specialist Facility Fit‑out
Delivered spaces including a 150-seat theatre, multiple activity rooms, hair salon, therapy zones, administration offices, and three lifts in a fully integrated care environment
Full Basement and Service Core
Built a basement with 38 car spaces and comprehensive service areas—kitchens, plant rooms, laundry, storage, staff amenities, and training rooms
Complex Civil & Structural Works
Overcame steep site levels and dual-frontage configuration through robust retaining, terracing, and foundation systems to support multiple building wings and basement infrastructure
