Overview
Nestled in the heart of St Leonards, Ensemble is a boutique five-storey residential and mixed-use building delivering 19 single-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside ground-floor commercial tenancies including a radio station. Set over two basement levels of parking, Novati completed the project from piling in mid-2010 through to final fit-out in early 2012—with extensive infrastructure works including road reconstruction, utility upgrade, and civil coordination as part of the contract.
