Overview
Embassy Residences is a refined seven-storey residential development delivering 66 apartments with elevated city and harbour views. Carefully articulated façades combine stone, masonry, rendered elements, glazed balustrades, and aluminium screening to reflect the premium character of the St Leonards precinct. Completed under a Design & Construct contract in collaboration with Loftex Property, Novati managed cost-efficient design alterations with the architect and client to deliver the project within scope and on time.
