A boutique development of 12 spacious one‑ and two‑bedroom apartments (plus attic level) on a compact three‑storey site in Chatswood, integrating underground parking—all under a Design & Construct contract. Our design responded to the brief for maintenance‑friendly materials like face‑brickwork, while enhancing resident amenity with large outdoor terraces and abundant natural light.

Face‑Brick Façade & Low‑Maintenance Materials

Specified and installed durable face brickwork to reduce long‑term upkeep in residential use

Outdoor Living Enhancements

Provided ground‑floor private courtyards and generous north/south balconies accessible from open‑plan living areas; upper bedrooms feature intimate loggias for east/west aspects

Fully Glazed Stairwell

Created a light‑filled common area by incorporating a fully glazed south‑facing stairwell wall, improving ambiance and connectivity

Underground Parking Provision

Delivered a full basement car park to maximise site usage while maintaining streetscape and resident convenience
