Overview
We delivered a purpose-built 22,000 m² high-security warehouse and 6,000 m² state-of-the-art office for Dicker Data, a leading ICT hardware distributor. The facility was constructed on a 12-hectare site and designed to meet stringent security, operational efficiency, and sustainability requirements. Our scope included warehouse and office fit-out, extensive hardstand areas, fire access roads, landscaping, and environmental management.
Built in a coastal location with challenging ground conditions, the project required careful engineering for durability and environmental compliance. Despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the facility was delivered on time through rigorous safety protocols and proactive supply chain management.
Construction Features
Large-Scale Warehouse & Office Integration
Delivered a 22,000 m² warehouse with a 6,000 m² corporate-grade office, incorporating high-clearance racking space, automated handling potential, and premium staff amenities
Environmental & Civil Infrastructure Works
Delivered stormwater management systems, fire access roads, concrete hardstand, and landscaped public walking trails, while remediating acid sulphate soils to protect the surrounding environment
Energy-Efficient & Coastal-Resilient Systems
Installed HVAC and mechanical systems designed for corrosion resistance in a coastal environment, paired with high-performance glazing and LED lighting for reduced operational energy use
COVID-Safe Delivery
Maintained uninterrupted site progress through strict COVID protocols—temperature screening, staggered work zones, and enhanced cleaning regimes
