Overview

We are currently delivering CSR Limited’s new state-of-the-art Gyprock Trade Distribution Centre in Villawood. Designed to accommodate large-scale material handling, high-volume product storage, and efficient dispatch operations, the facility will serve as a key logistics hub for CSR’s supply chain. 

The project involves constructing a high-clearance warehouse with integrated trade counter, corporate-grade office space, extensive hardstand loading areas, and dedicated truck circulation zones. As the building takes shape, our focus remains on precision programming, safety, and coordination to meet delivery targets while maintaining CSR’s operational requirements. 

Construction Features

High-Clearance Structural Warehouse 

Erecting a large-format steel portal frame structure with clear spans to maximise racking flexibility and forklift movement 

Heavy-Duty Civil & Hardstand Areas 

Constructing reinforced concrete hardstands and access roads to accommodate high-frequency truck loading and unloading 

Integrated Office & Trade Counter 

Building a modern administrative office and customer-facing trade counter directly connected to the warehouse floor for operational efficiency 

Sustainable & Resilient Design 

Incorporating energy-efficient lighting, water-sensitive landscaping, and durable finishes to support long-term, low-maintenance operation
