Constructed under a lump-sum contract for Loftex Property, the building features intricately detailed face brickwork, a dramatic entrance lobby and a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the city skyline and surrounding district. Located adjacent to a railway corridor and public car park, the development was logistically complex, constrained by a single access point that limited material and equipment staging.
