Built under a lump-sum D&C contract, the project blends contemporary coastal architecture with high-end finishes, offering sophisticated beachside living in the heart of Bondi.
Construction Features

Employed feature sandstone walls, metal cladding, large dormers, and timber accents to create a bold, expressive beachside façade

Built a basement parking zone beneath both buildings, linked by a communal garden to enhance amenity and community feel
