Overview
We delivered Ashburn House, a purpose-built 111-bed aged-care facility that provides 27 low-care rooms (30 beds) and 52 high-care rooms (81 beds). Executed under a Design & Construct contract, the project was built in a single stage, which required relocating existing residents to a leased facility during construction, ensuring uninterrupted care and minimal disruption.
Focusing on creating a high-quality, non-institutional environment, we combined hotel-like finishes with residential-scale detailing to establish a benchmark facility in Gladesville—one that delivers both comfort and dignity for aged-care residents.
