33 Dunning is a 6‑storey boutique residential tower comprising 33 oversized one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including ground-floor retail tenancy. Delivered under a Design & Construct contract for Trident Real Estate Capital, the development integrates a rooftop garden, secure underground parking, and communal amenities—all within walking distance of Sydney’s CBD and Green Square precinct. Designed to prioritise natural light, airflow, and urban amenity, the building harmonises city living with considered detail.
