Overview
This development involved delivering a modern 2,000 m² industrial facility comprising 12 individual warehouse units, each designed to meet light commercial and light industrial end‑use. The Design & Construct contract included associated hardstand areas, landscaping, and boundary works in Moss Vale’s Enterprise Corridor—supporting regional business needs and establishing high-quality industrial stock.
Construction Features
Flexible Multi-Unit Industrial Configuration
Delivered 12 self-contained warehouse units within a single coordinated structure, each with independent amenities and utilities—supporting a wide range of tenants from trades to storage operators, while allowing flexible lease arrangements
Integrated Fit-Outs & Access Design
Each unit was completed with high-clearance roller shutters, internal mezzanine-ready spaces, office or reception potential, and full access to power, water, and telecommunications—providing move-in-ready functionality for light industrial and commercial use
Robust Hardstand & Civil Infrastructure
Constructed heavy-duty concrete hardstand areas and access driveways to support truck manoeuvring, loading bays, and compliance with local development and drainage standards. Civil works included stormwater management, kerbs, and vehicle turning templates
Landscaping & Site Presentation
Landscaped perimeter zones and entrance points to improve visual amenity and enhance tenant appeal. Treatments softened the industrial aesthetic while contributing to site compliance and environmental integration within the Moss Vale enterprise zone
