Overview

A boutique residential tower comprising 32 luxury apartments, 18 at Chatswood rises over seven storeys above two levels of secure parking. Perched over a gully between Freeman and Eddy Roads, the building features a sculptural bridge entry spanning a stormwater easement, bespoke arrival experience, and lush landscaping that connects common areas to the exterior.

The design embraces the site’s topographical challenge with a seamless pedestrian and vehicular approach—balancing sun shading, balconies with perforated screens, and a contemporary streetscape response that aligns with the surrounding Chatswood context.

Construction Features

Topography-Responsive Design & Access

Engineered a vehicular ramp from Freeman Road into the parking levels, while the pedestrian entry is delivered via a sculptural bridge over the stormwater easement—creating a bespoke and elegant arrival sequence

Seamless Landscape Integration

Connected interior common areas to external greenery and BBQ zones at arrival level, using landscaping to blur thresholds between public realm and residence

Shading Screens & Balcony Detailing

Integrated operable balconies, large roof overhangs, and sliding screens—providing passive sun control and contributing to the building’s contemporary sculptural expression

Contextual Streetscape & Materials Harmony

Façade materials and massing were carefully coordinated with Chatswood’s evolving urban tissue to deliver a refined aesthetic that is both functional and neighbourhood‑sensitive
