REVIEW
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview to discuss your goals, skills, and fit with Novati’s values.
“The Novati Cadet program provided a transformative journey from my initial position as a Labourer while studying at University. I was given the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of administrative responsibilities such as estimating, procurement, invoicing, and forecasting. Given the opportunity of practicing these responsibilities in a team environment, I was allowed to further my knowledge of the construction industry and gain experience of understandings to a broader number of trades. This exposure defined a clearer career pathway for me and has led me to further opportunities as a Contract Administrator.”
